Duration: 2-day (16-17.5 hours)
Cost: $130
Includes 2005 First Aid & CPR Guidelines.
Meets OHS regulations for Basic First Aid.
3-year certification in Marine Advanced First Aid & CPR Level C
Includes AED certification
Includes CPR Level C (CPR information is enhanced to meet specific workplace needs)
Conducted by a certified Red Cross First Aid Instructor

Comprehensive First Aid & CPR techniques with scenarios taken from the marine/fishing industry, for individuals who need this specialized training for work. The course covers a variety of topics from basic (such as cardiovascular emergencies for Adults, CPR Level C, and other topics including choking, airway and breathing emergencies and prevention of disease transmission) to in-depth ones, such as sudden medical conditions and injuries to the head and spine.
