Recertification Requirements
Recertifying your Standard First Aid Certificate
To qualify for our Standard First Aid & CPR Recertification Program, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Your current certificate must be a Red Cross certification. We cannot accept certificates from other agencies.
- Your existing certificate must be current on the date of your course. If your certification has expired, even by one day, then you do not qualify for a recertification course.
- If the certificate you now have is from a recent course then you must now take the full course. You can only recertify once, then you must alternate with the full course
- You must bring the certification card you now have to the course. And it must be the original, no photocopies
Recertifying your CPR Certificate
If you wish to recertify your level C CPR certificate, also called Basic Cardiac Life Support, all you need is to have a certificate of the same level. This certificate can be from any Canadian agency.
We do not offer recertification courses for any other levels of First Aid or CPR
