Vaccine Mandate in Vaughan, Richmond Hill and Etobicoke Training Sites

Effective September 22, 2021, all First Aid attendees at:

• Monte Carlo Hotel, 705 Applewood Crest in Vaughan,
• Park Inn Hotel, 555 Cochrane Drive in Markham, and
• 110 Jutland Rd in Etobicoke
• 1075 Bay St in Toronto, and
• 2425 Eglinton Ave East in Scarborough
• Sheraton Hotel, 6090 Dixie Rd in Mississauga

Will be required to be fully vaccinated and provide your proof of vaccination as well as proof of identity (such a driver's license or health card) at your course.

Covid 19 Protocol : Phase 2

• All participants are recommended to wear a medical or non medical mask during the course.
• Participants are required to bring their own personal pens/pencils
• Participants should practice proper cough/sneeze etiquette, and wash their hands frequently for at least 20 seconds, before and after eating and before touching their eyes, nose, or mouth
• All participants MUST perform proper hand hygiene frequently throughout the day.
• Participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire before the course begins
