Health Precautions & Safety Screening
At Toronto CPR, the health and safety of our participants and instructors is our top priority. Before attending any in-person course, please review the screening questions below.
Please do NOT attend your course if, within the past 10 days, you have experienced any of the following:
- Fever (temperature of 38°C / 100.4°F or higher)
- Chills or sweating
- New or worsening cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Sore throat
- Runny nose or nasal congestion
- Loss of sense of smell or taste
- Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea
- Muscle aches or body pains
- Extreme fatigue or weakness
- Pink eye (conjunctivitis)
- Headache that is unusual or persistent
Additionally, please do NOT attend if:
- You have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 10 days
- You have been in close contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case within the past 10 days
- You have been advised to self-isolate by a public health authority or physician
If You Need to Reschedule
If you are experiencing any of the symptoms listed above, please contact us as soon as possible — at least 48 hours before your course — to reschedule without penalty.

During the Course
- Please bring your own pen and paper — supplies will not be provided
- Dress comfortably for hands-on training
- Kindly refrain from wearing lipstick or lip gloss (to protect CPR manikins)
- A lunch break will be provided — there is no cafeteria on site
