At Toronto CPR, our goal is to make your registration experience simple, efficient, and fair—so you can receive your training with ease. The following policies are intended to ensure your satisfaction and clarity regarding our registration process. If you have any questions, please contact us at info1@torontocpr.com. Before finalizing your registration, please carefully review the course details to ensure that you have selected the correct course and date. Course confirmations are sent via email only. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours. It is your responsibility to contact us if no confirmation email is received.
Please note that class start times are strictly observed. Late arrivals may be denied entry. Refunds are not provided for late arrivals, missed classes, or no-shows.
Toronto CPR reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior. In such cases, no refund or credit will be issued.
We understand that participants may occasionally need to stay connected to work. Out of respect for instructors and fellow participants, we kindly ask that phone calls be taken during scheduled breaks or lunch periods. All mobile devices must be silenced or turned off during instructional time. Texting during class is not permitted.
Once you register, your seat is reserved. Due to limited class sizes, the following cancellation terms apply:
72+ hours’ notice: Full refund available if cancellation is made more than 72 hours prior to the course start time.
Less than 72 hours’ notice: A $50 cancellation and/or rescheduling fee will apply.
7 days’ notice required: Full refund or rescheduling is permitted only if notice is provided at least 7 days prior to the course start date.
Less than 7 days’ notice: An $85 cancellation and/or rescheduling fee will apply.
Note: Our administrative office is closed on weekends and statutory holidays. Business days refer to Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
Toronto CPR is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect and use your information solely for the purpose of delivering our services, including course registration and communication related to your training.
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information without your consent, except where required to deliver services—such as sharing necessary data with the Canadian Red Cross for certification purposes.

You may be asked to provide billing information, including payment details and a billing contact, at the time of registration.

For most people the physical activity involved in a first aid/CPR course should not pose a health threat. However, there are a small number of people who may find the physical activities in the course strenuous.

If you do not participate 100%, you cannot successfully complete the course and receive certification. However, you are still welcome to attend and observe.

If you are feeling unwell or suspect that you may be ill, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled course. This allows us to reschedule your session appropriately and ensure the health and safety of all participants. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in administrative or rebooking fees.
