Certification 3-year certification in Red Cross Standard First Aid & CPR Level C & AED
Prerequisite
To qualify for this course you must have a current Red Cross Standard First Aid & CPR/AED certificate.
- If your previous course was a Red Cross Standard First Aid & CPR/AED renewal, you must take a full two day course as you cannot recertify consecutively
- If your certificate has expired or is with another agency, you will need to take a full two day course
- Proof of certification is required on the day of your training and we do need to see your original certificate (no photocopies)
Comprehensive First Aid & CPR techniques for those who need training for work requirements, or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies in the workplace or home. The course covers a variety of topics from basic (such as cardiovascular and breathing emergencies, CPR Level C, prevention of disease transmission) to in-depth topics, such as sudden medical conditions and injuries to the head and spine.

Certification

Audience
- In-facility care providers, including nursing staff, care aides, medical and dental professionals.
- Pre-hospital care providers, which may include professionals in a fire service, rescue team, sports-medicine, lifeguards and ski patrol.
